These conditions of sale regulate the agreement between Li Jewels and the Customer through the website www.lijewels.com.
We hereby inform that the products of the Li Jewels website are not an offer but an invitation to do business, so there will be no binding contract between Li Jewels and the Customer until the order has been processed and accepted by us.
The way to place an order will be that expressed in the online sale of the website.
Li Jewels reserves the right to reject any order, cancel it or not accept a confirmed order if it is out of stock or any other extraordinary situation that prevents its sale.
In order to place an order through the web, the Customer must be of legal age (18 years or older). Minors are expressly excluded.
Li Jewels reserves the right to remove any product from the website at any time.
SALE AND TRANSPORTATION
- Delivery period
Li Jewels works on demand, so it is possible that after the completion of an order through the website, there is no immediate availability. Delivery times will vary depending on the existence of the product in stock and the delivery address, national or international.
The Customer can choose between the standard shipping method, which will be executed through Correos España, and express delivery, through Tipsa for shipments in the national territory and DHL for international shipments.
In the standard mode, the estimated delivery time of the product for Spain will be approximately 72 hours (business days). The estimated delivery times for the rest of the countries will depend on the service times used by Correos España.
In the express delivery mode, the national delivery time is approximately 24-48 hours (business days), 1-3 business days for Europe and 2-5 days for the rest of the world.
Li Jewels reserves the right of later delivery due to extraordinary situations or force majeure, which will be brought to the attention of the Client, who will have the option to continue or cancel the purchase.
- Shipping costs
Transport costs, except in exceptional cases of error in shipping or defective merchandise, will be borne by the customer, except for shipments to addresses in the national territory, for which Li Jewels will cover the shipping costs incurred.
The Customer can consult the specific shipping costs related to the purchase in the final step of the payment process.
- Verification of the order status upon receipt
The Client must verify the status of the package upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, the Customer must not accept delivery. Li Jewels understands that the product is delivered at the time of signing upon receipt, being exempt from liability and transmitting at that time, the risk to the Client. The impossibility of delivery due to force majeure or problems in the product is foreseen, in which case it may be replaced by another of the same amount.
Li Jewels informs that the product must be verified within a reasonable period of time after receipt. In the event that no notice of rejection of the products has been received within 14 calendar days of delivery, Li Jewels will consider that the Customer has accepted it. This does not affect the Customer’s right to return or change an order as set forth in the Returns section of the website.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the consumer in accordance with the conditions of the “Returns” section of the website.
Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal, the Customer has the right to return products that do not conform to the terms of the Returns section of the website.
Currently, the products cannot be exchanged. To obtain another product, the Customer must return the original item and place a new order through the Li Jewels website.
The refund will be made in the original payment option.
The prices on this website include VAT and are only valid for orders placed online through the website itself. These prices are in Euros (€).
The prices that appear on the web are subject to change. Li Jewels reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, upon receipt of the order confirmation, the prices to be paid for the order will not be changed.
Li Jewels informs that, despite the meticulous updates that are made to the prices of the website, these may contain errors. In case of error in the price, we can contact the Customer, who can desist or continue with the purchase in the real price, not being required Li Jewels to supply a product at the wrong lower price.
To pay for the order, the Customer can do so by direct bank transfer, through Paypal or the Stripe integrated payment platform. In the case of bank transfer, the order will be shipped as soon as the amount has been received in the Li Jewels account. In the case of Paypal and Stripe, the charge will be made after the confirmation of the order.
