When will I receive my order?
We believe in responsible consumption, that is why we produce our jewelry on request. It is therefore possible that the jewel you like is not currently in stock.
If the product you have selected is available, in approximately 1-3 days it will be ready to leave our warehouse. Otherwise, we will immediately start the manufacturing process so that you receive it as soon as possible. The manufacturing is completely manual and careful, so you must count 10-14 days for the preparation of the order.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, if you choose the standard delivery (through the carrier “Correos España”), it will arrive approximately within:
- Spain (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla included): 1-3 business days
- Europe: 3-10 business days
- Other countries: according to destination
If you choose express delivery (through TIPSA for domestic shipments and DHL for international shipments), you have to consider the following approximate times depending on the destination:
- National (only available for Peninsula): 1-2 business days (usually received the next day)
- Europe: 1-3 business days
- USA / Canada: 2-4 business days
- Arab Emirates: 2-4 business days
- Japan: 3-5 business days
- Australia: 3-5 business days
- Latin America: 3-5 business days
- China: 3-5 business days
For shipping outside the European Union, packages may be held at customs. Customs procedures are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for delays due to this procedure.

Do you have free shipping?
Yes! Shipping costs to Spain (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla included) are free if you choose the standard delivery (“Correos España” carrier). We’ll automatically apply the free shipping at the checkout.
If you’re buying from outside Spain or choose the express delivery, you can check the shipping costs at the checkout (before paying, of course).
I live in the Canary Islands, can I buy in your online store?
Sure! If you live in the Canary Islands you know that the deliveries are not as easy as we would like. For the moment, you can only choose the standard shipping option (via Correos). Therefore, if you are in a hurry you will have to plan your order in time. The good news is that we cover the shipping costs.
By the way, the same applies if you live in Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra.
Where can I get my delivery?
At the address you prefer, either at home or the office. But keep in mind that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Do you do international shipping?
Sure! We use the carrier “Correos España” (for standard delivery) and DHL (for express delivery) to get our jewelry to almost anywhere in the world.
But as not all destinations are equally easy in terms of regulation or customs, in the purchasing process we have only included a list of countries. If you live in a country that is not on the list, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best so you can receive your Li jewel.
Do I have to pay customs and import taxes?
For shippings outside the European Union, keep in mind that customs duties and / or import taxes may be applied once the package arrives at its destination and that such cost must be borne by you.
Li Jewels cannot be held responsible for the possible taxes or fees that may be applied to pick up your shipping. Therefore, for greater safety, please, inform yourself beforehand about the taxes that apply in your country.
