What is the return period?

You have 15 calendar days to make a return from the date of purchase receipt.

How do I make a return?

During the first two weeks, you have the peace of mind to change your mind about your purchase without giving us any explanation.

Therefore, if you decide to return your purchase, immediately contact us at hello@lijewels.com or fill in the following Return Form to cancel your order.

We will proceed to the refund of the whole price of the Li Jewels product as long as it is returned, together with the Return Form that we will include in the order, and in the same conditions in which you received it, that is, with its original packaging, in perfect conditions, complete (for example, two elements that form the same unit must be returned together) and unused.

If you purchased the product within the European Union, we will also reimburse you the shipping costs if you have chosen standard delivery (keep in mind that the express delivery costs will not be reimbursed).

The shipping of the product back to us, including costs, is at your expense.
