The Spanish version of this Privacy Notice shall govern in the event of any conflict with or substantial translation changes into a non-Spanish language.

Lucía Picos Rubido (hereinafter the “Provider”), part of El Poblet SCCL with NIF F67060608, and with address for these purposes at Calle Sardenya, 261, 08025 Barcelona, is responsible for the processing of the data collected and owner of the website lijewels.com (hereinafter, “the portal or website”).

The website complies with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

The User is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data sent to the Provider, exonerating the Provider of any responsibility in respect thereof.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The Provider informs that the data that the User is voluntarily providing will be incorporated into their information systems with the following purposes:

• In case of contracting the products offered through Li Jewels, to maintain the contractual relationship, as well as the management, administration, information, provision and improvement of the service offered.
• In case of requesting information through the website forms, to send information about the query made.
• In case of subscription, to send newsletters as well as commercial communications with promotions and/or Li Jewels advertising content.
• To post comments made by the User on the Li Jewels blog.

The User can oppose to the sending of commercial communications at any time, by sending an email to the email address hello@lijewels.com.

By providing their data to Li Jewels, the User grants unequivocal consent to the Provider, declaring to have been informed of the conditions about protection of personal data, accepting and agreeing to the automated processing of such data for the purposes abovementioned.

Failure to provide the requested personal data or failure to accept this data protection policy means that it is impossible to subscribe, register or receive information about the Provider’s products and services.

RECIPIENTS OF DATA COLLECTED

The Provider informs that it will not transfer the personal data to third parties, except for legal obligation. • Mailchimp (registered under the name THE ROCKET SCIENCE GROUP, LLC), service provider which provides services for e-mail marketing campaigns, located in the United States that has a security agreement called the EU-US Privacy Shield, in accordance with the requirements of the European Data Protection Committee and that be consulted here. Google uses and processes your full payment information in accordance with the following privacy policy.
• Google Analytics: statistical data analysis service provided by the company Google LLC, located in the United States that has a security agreement called the Privacy Shield between the EU and the US, in accordance with the requirements of the European Data Protection Committee and that can be consulted here. Google uses and processes your information in accordance with the following privacy policy.
• Gmail: service provided by the company Google LLC, located in the United States that has a security agreement called the Privacy Shield between the EU and the US, in accordance with the requirements of the European Data Protection Committee and that can be consulted here. • Paypal: company used to manage payments by debit and credit card on the website. Located at 22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449, Luxembourg. If you register with Paypal Services to complete the payment, we receive limited information such as name, email, date of payment and amount paid. • Stripe: company used to manage payments by debit and credit card on the website, located in the United States. It has a security agreement called Privacy Shield, in accordance with the requirements of the European Committee for Data Protection that can be consulted here. When completing a payment through this service, Stripe communicates the last four digits of your payment card, the country of issue and the due date. RIGHTS OF RIGHTS

The User has the full right to obtain confirmation on whether Li Jewels is treating his personal data and, specifically, is entitled to exercise the following rights in accordance with the provisions of the regulation:

• Right of ACCESS to your personal data.
• Right to request the RECTIFICATION of inaccurate data.
• Right to request the deletion of your data, when, amongst other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• In certain circumstances, you may request the LIMITATION OF THE PROCESSING of your data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defence before possible claims.

The data provided by the User will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest to maintain the purpose of the treatment and during the period by which legal liabilities could arise for the services rendered. When it is no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be eliminated with adequate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymization of the data or theire total destruction. The Provider reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential changes.
