Ups, the jewel I’ve just received is defective
We prepare our pieces with all our care and using processes of the highest quality, but if your jewel still had a defect upon receipt, contact us immediately at hello@lijewels.com and we will solve it.
Keep however in mind that our pieces are completely handmade, so certain deviations from the images you see on the website are normal. These differences are part of the charm of the craft process.
Does my Li jewel have a guarantee?
After receiving your piece, you have 2 years of peace of mind against any manufacturing defect. Contact us at hello@lijewels.com and we will look at your case. If a manufacturing defect is observed, Li Jewels will take full charge of the shipping costs.

Can I repair my jewel?
Even with the utmost care, our jewels are pieces plated in gold and, depending on different factors such as your skin type, the environmental humidity or chemical aggressions, such plate can wear out over time. Our philosophy is to preserve what we like, so, if your piece has lost some of its initial characteristics by use, we offer a repair service to leave it as good as new.
